LOVE it! This thing is huge,!! A 2xl shirt lays perfectly flat on the plate. Easy temperature adjustment, and timer settings, heats up quickly and beeps when reaches set temp. I had it set up and pressed a HTV shirt in a half hour. Comes with a thick Teflon sheet. Beautiful black finish. Beautiful machine that works great so far. I purchased the optional 2 yr extended warranty that was offered as well, But form all the research I did, this company is one of the best, and I look forward to getting a lot of use out of this wonderful heat press.

This t-shirt press works good except that it reads 100 degrees Fahrenheit over the actual heat of the machine Heating platen. This ruined two t-shirt jobs.

came dented in several places. Top and bottom platen moved, power cord got so hot couldnt touch it. Noisy heat sensor. Not what it was advertised as. Not constructed as well as it looked in the pictures. Afraid to use it as not sure how safe it is with the hot power cord etc. Have used a heat press for 12 years and I would not recommend this one. sorry.

When it works, it works well. But it didn't take long for it to stop working. There was good and fast customer service to help solve the problem.

The product arrived, it is very heavy. I got it out of the box and set it up. The instructions are horrible really no information, this is the reason for 4 stars and not 5. The Heat press is loud when you turn it on, really doesn't bother me. It heats good and all around. So far a great product.

I love this heat press!It heats evenly and doesn't seem to have any problems. I have been using it for many months and have accomplished a lot with it. The pressure is easy to adjust and temperature seems spot on. I would highly recommend.

This is EXTREMELY heavy:( NO INSTRUCTIONS came in the box.I also haven't been able to use it because it tripped my circuit breaker the very first time.I will try to use in the kitchen were breakers are higher....will report back after I try.

As other reviewers experienced. the temperature regulator on this press is unreliable. I have been pressing t-shirts for years, so I think I know how to do it. But this press managed to ruin six shirts before I realized that the temperature function was at fault.Maybe you will be luckier than me and some of the others who had a bad experience with this press. I'm going back to Gecko 16X20.
