The brand I normally use was not available . Ice Gel Pain Reliver / Ice Cold Analgesic Gel, came up as a substitute. The price was pretty good for 4 jars, so I gave it a try. The consistency was very different from the brand I was buying. The other brand was thicker, where as this Gel is a bit watery, and gets even thinner once you start scooping it from the Jar. Yes I was skeptical. I tried it out and was pleasantly surprised. The fact that it is a thinner consistency makes it melt in to your skin that much quicker. Is it a 100% pain relief? I will be honest, for ME No – but that is because My knees are bone on bone, and nothing except replacement is going to get rid of the pain 100%, and even that probably won’t do it. Lets face it, getting older is not for the weak. It DOES relieve my pain though. And the fact that I plan on buying it again should tell you that I think it is a great product. TIP: Because the formula is thin, I transfer it to small bottles that I can easily squeeze out a small amount. I have 3 bottles in 3 rooms so far! Lol

TERRIBLE. DOES NOT PROVIDE THE ICY AND HOT FEELING THAT PROVIDES RELIEF. And you will not be able to return the product because it isn't eligible for return. I purchased it because of all the 5 star ratings. I'm heading to a store in town to buy one in store. Definitely do not recommend.
