Q: Is it water resistant?

I am a Florida house painter and I wear it every day. This watch gets rinsed with a garden hose or faucet many times each day, and is still ticking without any fogging or condensation. I don't submerge it or shower with it however.

Q: Are the hands and face luminescent? And if so how long can it glow?

Yes. But, not long. You can’t read it at a movie.

Q: Is the strap on the small side? Does the leather strap look cheap?

The strap is really nice. Does not look cheap at all. I have an extensive watch collection & was worried about the quality due to the low price but extremely happy with how nice the watch is.
