Easily the best customer service experience- first and foremost the matches are SO cute! We’re giving them with custom candles at a baby shower and they’re absolutely perfect. USPS delivered it late and so I reached out to the seller thinking it was lost and not delivered, the day of reaching out it arrives, so I messaged again apologizing and telling them the issue is resolved- they STILL apologized and offered compensation or assistance. I was genuinely blown away at the kindness all because of a minor inconvenience that was completely out of their control. Will definitely be a return customer

These matches were great to add a little color to my small Herend pieces. I placed mine on a silver tray in my dining room next to a candle so it will always be ready to be lit.

This could work to light one single wick, but if you have a three wick candle, it’ll burn too fast and you’ll literally need three matches per wick. But they are functional and cute

I love the color of these matches and they work just fine. The only thing I would say is they do have a little bit of a weird smell from I’m assuming the color.

Can’t go wrong with these puppies!

I will say the matches look beautiful. However, they’re very flimsy and break in half when I try to light one. Some of them also don’t strike and light up. I went through about five matches just trying to light a candle!

These were perfect to gift as part of a cute match holder.
