jc i drink a lot of soylent. it tastes good. it curbs cravings. it keeps blood sugar in line. it is very healthy. I get regular blood tests and have an oura ring which reports certain health info. My cardio age keeps declining and my bloodwork keeps getting better since hitting the soylent hard.

It does what I planned it would do, which is keep me full so I do not over eat. I am using this to replace meals. It does keep you full and no stomach grumbling. So far no stomach upset. However, the flavor is not what I expected. The taste of clove is a little overpowering (I got the pumpkin spice flavor because it was cheaper). So if you do not like clove or cannot stand strong flavors do not bother getting this. Next time I will just pay extra and get the chocolate. Besides the clove taste it is not that bad. We will see how it holds up as a meal supplement on the long run. I expect well because so far I haven't been hungry while taking it. So far so good.
