INKPOT RC Tank Set, 1/24 Scale RC Army Battle Tanks with Life Indicators and Spray, 35 Mins Playtime Remote Control Military Toys, Set of 2 RC Vehicles for Kids and Adults

I purchased this tank set as there were two tanks with two controller. I thought if one broke, I could use the parts on the broken tank to maintain the other tank. After over a dozen recharges of the batteries during the use of the tanks, these tanks are without any problems. I run them on our hard wood floors and across area rugs an perform flawlessly! The seller provides excellent communications based on asking a few questions to them. The tanks are used indoors to chase my Yorkie mix puppy, I love driving the tanks and our pooch loves being chased. With both the ability for the turrets to be rotated along with controlling each tank’s track for steering, a young child may negatively impact the life of the various functions and the overall lifespan of the tank. The sound off button on the controller is a parents dream and a brilliant design feature. There is lots of spare room in the battery compartment to include a second battery to increase the running/play time. I made a “Y” connector to connect two batteries to the battery plug which powers the tank.

The smoking feature is hilarious and really works! I guess the more times you get "hit" the more features disable, which is neat (the machine gun and turret rotation stop working after 3 hits)!? They don't go terribly fast even on hardwood, and obviously work better on hardwood than carpet. I would recommend buying a bigger battery pack for inside the tank, or an extra battery. They seem to last about 15-20 minutes of continuous play (turret rotation, movement, firing, lighting, recoil shake - that's not shabby).The noise is either on or off it seems, and when it's on it's a bit noisy but not unbearable. The controls still vibrate for shooting when the noise is turned off. The main gun doesn't elevate (up/down) but that would require another internal motor and make it more battery consumptive and more expensive.All-in-all a great purchase, wonderful fun. Set up some small obstacles for it to run over and maneuver around and have a ball!

I had assumed that these tanks would be in pieces after using them a couple times. But they have been used heavily by all 4 of my Grandkids (I bought 2 sets) repeatedly. Only casualty so far is one of the machine guns on top of the turret got broken off, but that was from being dropped - not the toy's fault. The rechargable batteries in the tanks themselves last 40 minutes or more and the first set of AAs in the remote controllers are still going strong. It is sort of a pain to have to remove the tank batteries to charge them and then to replace them back in the tank afterwards. A separate external charge connector would be very helpful. Tracks occasionally come off but so far have not broken when they were stretched to get back on - knock on wood. Tank volume sort of loud but can turn off sound easily on the controller.My Grandkids from 4 to 10 have a ball shooting the other tanks and knocking them out. Great fun.I don't usually leave reviews but these tanks deserved one. I am surprised to say that they are not junk - they are awesome!

Many radio control products are intimidating for young kids. This game is an excellent introductory choice because the tanks are relatively slow and easy to learn to control. I got this set for my 6 year old grandson and he has spent hours playing with it. Can be used singly, or both tanks may battle each other. Score is kept on 4 lights on each tank. Even my 2 year old granddaughter enjoyed this game, although she wasn’t great at controlling the tanks. They’ve held up well for 3 weeks in spite of constant play.

Contacted the Mfg. specified in the ad and the mfg. site indicated they do not make this product. The listed Mfg. was “INKPOT”. INKPOT IS AN Ink Mfg. and does not sell RC TANKS.WHO IS THE CORRECT MANUFACTURER to contact to get a copy of the instructions

The media could not be loaded. My 2 sons and I love these little tanks. Fun and very good. Just make sure not to throw the controllers around, our one controller for one of our M1 Abrams has an issue with the right track stick but it still works. 5/5 recommend

Super cool remote control Tank!!! Definitely different then other control cars we’ve owned. The quality and durability of this car definitely exceeded my expectation. My grandson loved it .
