Vanicream Skin Cream with Pump, 16 oz

I am older and have thin skin, this cream is wonderful and I will continue to buy it!!

I am giving 4 stars because of the cost, not because of the quality of this cream. I like this cream. It isn't too greasy and it keeps the skin moisturized.Eczema is a night mare. Moisture is essential for the skin and a good cream is needed to keep the skin hydrated to help reduce the intense itchiness and scratching cycle. This is based on my personal experience. Pain is preferable to the intense itching of eczema. If you could see my skin you would understand what I am talking about. I have scabs from digging my skin til it bleeds.There are many creams on the store selves that are labeled made for eczema. There are too many ingredients in these creams and they are not beneficial for the sensitive skin caused by this nightmare skin condition. This comment is based on my allergist and other professionals expertise; not mine.I am a bargain shopper and like economizing anywhere I can. Skin care for eczema is not a place to cut spending. It is a bit expensive compared to the store creams, but taking care of eczema is essential. It will only spread and worsen.The other Vanicare products are good too.

There are two types of Vanicream skin cream, a heavy and a "lite." They now send the "lite" for orders of either kind.

This moisturizing cream was recommended by my dermatologist. It has no fragrances or irritating additives. A little goes a long way, and it is soothing for my sensitive skin. I have rosacea and must be very careful about products I use. This is the best I've found.

Wonderful product. The only lotion that fully moisturizes the skin without leaving a thick residue. I use it everyday and put it on my 3 year old son, who has very sensitive skin. Will continue to buy from now on!

One lid broke in shipping and cream got everywhere. Other than that I use this stuff daily it's the only thing that works on my eczema.
