Works perfect
The set up instructions were not completely clear, but if you take your time it works out. People complain the machine didn’t come with feet… but it does. They are small and the machine is tippy because they tell you for best use to mount it for stability. If you pay attention you can keep it from tipping over. The first attempt I made 50 shirts and bags for our running club. The temperature and timer worked perfect. This press made my life easier!

Mug press is junk
Mug press rocks back and forth and isn't level or even well built. Stopped working the second time I used it. The part on the shirt press that pulls out has nothing to stop it and will fall in the floor if not careful. Timer on it is not ever easy to use and I hope you don't plan to use the tool that comes with it to tighten or add the handle because it does not fit any of the bolts at all. Wasn't even the cheapest bundle to buy but I'm guessing the worst and cheapest made.

A counter weight would help
The press has suction cups the prevent it from slipping, but with the swivel design, after pressing your design and moving the top, it starts to lean in the direction of the top.Also, with the heat pad on the base, there is not enough clearance for a bulky item, like a sweatshirt.The base slides out, but it should have an adjustable height option.If you’re crafty in metal work and shaping, you can create a counter weight system that helps to keep it stable.It’s relatively easy to assemble, and it is heavy…about 45 pounds.
