**Take 15 minutes prior to eating for best results!** I had been taking this immediately prior to eating, and it still was helpful. But when I gave it a few extra minutes to work I could tell an even greater difference. I only have a gluten intolerance, so while I can eat whatever I choose, some foods obviously have more consequences. Gluten causes immediate symptoms; my skin breaks out (they look like pimples, but they pop up in minutes and go away after several hours), my throat gets scratchy/mucousy, my nose runs, my stomach bloats right away. Then, usually the next morning, I have stomach cramps and have to use the bathroom at least 5-10 times...a very uncomfortable "cleanse." Yikes. Gluten Arrest alleviates all but the skin issue, which is the least irritating symptom, so I can enjoy my favorite gluten-containing foods. I don't use GA/eat triggering foods every day, but it's awesome for parties, holiday dinners, etc. so I can focus on fun and enjoyment, not on what I can't eat. (I freaking love food, man, so that's a big deal to me.)

Unfortunately, I shouldn't eat gluten. However, when I take these the rash gluten causes isn't as itch

I like this product better than others I’ve tried. Only need 1 capsule. When eating out you don’t plan on getting gluten I take one to make sure. Celiac is different than gluten intolerance. Better to be safe than sorry.Amazon I’m glad you carry this product!!Thank you

Bought to assist my father-in-law with issues he has been having as a side effect of Celiac Disease. Between accidental cross contamination with homemade items, the occasion cheat due to a craving of an old favorite, or improper labeling, he has had a rough last few years since the diagnosis.This product really helps him to not have those issues. He ate a burger one day and a sloppy joe the next with now issues, two of his all time favorites!

I’m NOT celiac!!! I’m highly allergic to wheat and Benadryl helps with the antihistamine reaction but the stomach aches are horrible. This settled my tummy down really quick last time I got inadvertently glutened. It’s great when cross contamination gets ya unexpectedly.

I have celiac and these help a lot. I'm a lot less sick if I eat gluten when I take these first. I have tried a few other brands and they did not help me the way these did.

I know there are labeling rules to follow but if you are honesty trying to help people who react to gluten then HOW in God's name would you not create an environment that is gluten free period for your product! Do not buy!
