Battery is nearly dead. Recharge daily. Flashlight blinks on then goes off.
This product should be easy to use. I find it is always nearly dead, due to lack of battery even though charged. Old stock? Please refund my money. I'm not finding how to replace or return it it keeps sending me in circles. Not the usual AMAZON quality or service.3rd Party seller selling crap! No refund even though defective.

Good stun gun but belt loop on holster broke after only two days
I bought this item as company is the same as my pepper spray. But disappointed that the belt loop of the holster broke after only 2 days of us and in my state this item has to be openly carried. which it was with partly open side of holster but since the holster broke I can no longer carry off the property where I live. I thought this company had higher quality standards.Amazon replaced it but horrible strap on holster I'm going to have to fold it over and see through double layer.Will never by this companies products again.
