Being pure whey isolate, it’s low in carbs and fats, mixes well, and provides a clean source of protein. With 71 servings in the container, it also lasts a long time. Product is good quality but is has after taste. which is make your day is not good.

Great protein, however I bought it because this product was advertised as 110 calories per serving. This is incorrect. The Peanut Butter Chocolate flavor is 130 calories per serving as it says on the actual tub I received in the mail. Fix your information Amazon!
