Very nice and durable. Design is compact and fit perfectly on my bathroom wall. It was very easy to install and the flow of the paper towels is smooth. The one I had before tore the paper towels when you pulled them out. Overall great but for the price.

Easy to install and use with one exception. In order to fill the dispenser it must be opened completely. Then you sort of have to juggle holding it partially open and loading the paper towels. If you let go of the front of the dispenser all of the towels fall out. Otherwise it is as expected. Lightweight, slim and fully functional.

I purchased the paper towels from Costco but needed a dispenser. I put it up on the wall post leading out of the kitchen so that it could be used by grandkids in the kitchen and dining room and also ad they went up to use the bathroom and grab a disposable towel vs using hand towels during COVID outbreak.

We use these at our office in the bathrooms. We install them our selves and they're sturdy enough for regular use

Put this in my downstairs half-bath for guests. Used command strips instead of drilling cause I was concerned with how close it was to the light switch. Works great, guests have complemented it. Much better than trying to figure out if you can wipe your hands on the decorative hand towels or just using your pants.

Looks great. However, the locking mechanism is awful. It is almost impossible to open to refill. The key is very flimsy plastic (and it will break soon with how difficult it is to unlock). If I had realized this before they were installed, I would have returned them and bought something different.
