Love this stuff but the last one that I got from Amazon, went stale before the expiration date. When it’s fresh, it tastes good with Lemonade. I keep it in the refrigerator.

Update: all sellers I've used this last batch make me sick. All are a darker mustard yellow and smaller and harder granules. Used to be larger softer and lighter golden color. I believe the supplier for the "different brands " (what a joke uh?) have Not been rinsing out the Hexane enough....all for profit....I've taking soy lecithin for years and it has never given me indigestion. This product has been doing it every time, and it's a very weird type of heavy indigestion heavy in my stomach. I don't know what they've done to it. At first I thought it was just me but every single time I use this. I think they don't rinse out the Hexane enough to cut costs. That's bad. Lecithin is for people who are concerned about their health this would do the opposite
