These are really nice, much better than anything I had used in school as a kid. The spiral binding is solid, paper is heavy and doesn't bleed through, pen movements are smooth (although that might differ depending on the pen, using Zebra Sarasa Clip) and the clear covers front and back are thick. It is a pleasant experience to write on, review, and handle.Edit: because of how the metal binding is created, there is a front and back even though both have identical clear covers. Meaning, it is easier to turn the pages starting one way than the other. Just pay attention the first time you make an entry.

I've been looking for notebooks like this for a very long time. Most are expensive and not something I want for everyday work. This notebook is perfect for developing my architectural detail sketches and notes. Immediately ordered 2 more.

I have multiple notebooks for keeping daily tasks and thinking through problems, and they make up the core of my system for organizing my life. That includes long-form writing with a fountain pen, to sketching ideas, writing equations, and mapping out thoughts with ballpoint pens and graphite pencils. Needless to say, a good notebook is very important to my system of organization.I'm coming from a Mead 5-star ruled notebook which did the job, and not much more. The paper had significant feathering and bleed with the fountain pen, and required a lot of pressure with ballpoint pens. I like using fine-point ballpoint pens (0.38) and found that the pressure required often left imprints on the following pages. Its pages eventually became deformed over time and it is generally a hassle to use.I received this notebook yesterday and have tested a few pages with my fountain pens and the variety of my colored ballpoint pens. It is a huge step up for writing with all of the pens I tried, with absolutely no bleedthrough, even when I left the fountain pen on a single point for a few seconds.I am rating this 5 stars, and will be using this as my main notebook over the coming months, and I'll revise my review if needed. I'll pay special attention to whether the pages warp and writability suffers from needing to flatten down the pages while I write. I'll also be paying attention to the binding, as it seems like a page may get caught and wrap around the binding rather than glide through it.

I'm picky with my pens and notebooks because I love to write and I need to feel comfortable with my tools.I bought this notebook for school thinking it was just going to be a good notebook, but not love it. But it surprised me; even though I do prefer white pages, the quality and smoothness of the paper is top notch, and my writing looked good on the ivory page. I loved writing on it. I loved the transparent cover and its sturdiness. The square size it's my fave size. I think it's worth the price, so I bought four more for this new semester.

This notebook is perfect for keeping my work todo lists organized and has plenty of pages to last the year.The page size and grid size perfectly meets my needs.I hope this product comes back in stock because I am wanting to stock up on these notebooks.

I have used these in multiple ways around a jobsite from quick sketches to blueprinting this notebook has held up through it all. Never had any issues with ink bleeding through.

Besides the notebooks coming bent and warped, these are solid notebooks. Thick pages and really nice plastic hardcover. I took off a star besides of them coming damaged.

love these. very sturdy so they're a tiny bit heavy, but i don't mind! they have a clear cover which i enjoy. overall really good. i prefer grid paper when taking notes. i highly suggest buying these!
