Q: Does this have compartments? Description says it does but all the pictures I have seen look like a single pouch?

It has a zipper compartment on the inside and into dividers. I have had this wallet for almost a year now and I love it I would never go back to carrying a regular wallet. It’s dirty it’s held up no problems with the zipper it’s perfect.

Q: Is the red a true red or more of a hot pink ?

It is a true red. Very pretty. No pink at all.

Q: Can you fit a cell phone in this?

Yes but not much else - and not a cell phone with a big clunky case lol!! I usually take my case off when I use a wristlet so I can put just a few more items inside of it.
