After migrating to a full time desk job, I started to experience back and neck pain being sat in front of screens all day. Following advice about eye distance, and even upgrading my chair with proper lumber and neck support worked for a little while, but i still found myself slouching or leaning forward ever so slightly whilst seated at the desk, creating what can only be described as crooked neck, and further pain in the back.I decided to try this product in order to aid my posture. Wearing this product for a good 20-30 minutes every few hours is perfect for re-establishing my posture. It has taken so much strain away, and means I can focus more of my time working, and less aching followed by having to readjust my seating position.This posture correction is great, and unlike some other products it comes with Velcro straps making it quite easy to put on, adjust, and remove when finished wearing it. It also comes with a larger strap should you have a requirement for it.The reason I suggest only wearing it 20-30 minutes at a time is because it can cause you to rely on it too much, which I don't think is the intention. I believe its to create muscle memory, not act as a muscle restraint for all day wearing.I haven't yet worn it whilst lifting weights, but I can definitely imagine doing so, and feeling the impact and difference that it will make to my posture doing that as well.Any form of exercise, whether walking, running, or simply standing for long periods will cause you to slouch at some point - this product is perfect for reducing and even avoiding that too!Buy it, and you won't be disappointed!

I’ve been wearing this while I’ve been working at my desk in the office. I chose this product because I wanted something affordable and wearable to help relieve my back pain. Before I would find myself slumped at my desk and this would cause pain in my back. With the posture corrector, I find I’m sitting up straighter and with my shoulders back. When I take it off, I have noticed that my back pain is reduced and is continuing to get better.It is a little uncomfortable to begin with, but after a while it becomes unnoticeable. I would advise wearing it no longer than 2 hours at a time, and not too tight as this will become uncomfortable.Overall I’m happy with the product and I have seen a positive difference in my posture and my back pain is reduced. Hopefully with continued use, this will continue to improve.

Perfect got this back support for my wife she is a care worker, said it was fantastic, very supportive, and most of all no pain in her right shoulder blade, good quality well made...

Gets the job done. It's not super strong, works for me but if you want to work on bigger issues I wouldn't get it.

I have rarely written reviews on Amazon purchases to date but I have to write about this product. Full disclosure I suffer with chronic back and pain issues as a result of a childhood accident. I was really upset that I was developing the beginnings of a hump on my back for various mechanical reasons and so began looking through pain relief/back gadgets on Amazon and came across this posture corrector. I can only speak for myself but the first time my husband helped me put this on and tightened it for me I felt immediate pain relief. It was magical. I wear it for extended periods at home over a shirt or cardigan whilst sitting on the sofa or doing other things. I haven’t worn it outside yet but I could definitely wear it under a coat if I wanted to. It has already begun to show some visible results and my husband and children have noticed that my back looks straighter now even when I am not wearing it. I am probably wearing it tighter and for longer periods than other people would feel comfortable with but the relief it offers makes it worth it. It instantly pulls my shoulders back and I am noticing it is easier to sit up straight using my core from wearing it even when it is not being worn. I have only had it a couple of weeks but intend to carry on wearing it every day. I worry about my kids being hunched over their phones so may try and get them to try it on one of these days. If this review helps one other back sufferer or someone worried about what technology/age is doing to their posture I will be really happy. Thank u so much Schiara!

If you are a petite woman with a small frame (size 0-2) then this will not be effective.It just feels like Im wearing a backpack and cannot tighten straps enough to provide any support at all.

This posture corrector has been a game-changer! It’s comfortable, easy to adjust, and barely noticeable under clothes. After just a few weeks, my posture has improved, and I feel less tension in my neck and back. Highly recommend for anyone looking to fix their posture!

I am a 5ft 3" female of slim build and this fits perfectly. There are straps to extend if needed but the person would need to be very large in order to need them. It is easy to put on (I had someone help me the first time but a second pair of hands is not necessary) and it is easy to remove and put on again without adjusting the straps. I kept it on for the suggested amount of time (15 minutes) for the first two days but then found I could sit with it on whilst working on the laptop and not realise I had it on, it was so comfortable. I have noted my shoulders are in a better position and my posture overall has improved. I have Multiple Sclerosis and struggle with hypertension of the muscles particularly in my back so this product is so very helpful. It is of high quality, substantially made, comfortable, lightweight and takes up hardly any space. A bargain. Thank you to the designer.
