it sounds odd, to be a non soap, hand wash. it comes out like a regular hand cream, but does work with water to give a nice clean, without harshness. i dont know if it can replace alcohol gel, as a watrerless santitser

Love this product. Excellent for dry hands which need that extra bit of moisturising. Bought from Amazon and the price represented good value. I would buy this product again.

I suffer with really dry hands & skin irritation. I thought I’d try this and was surprised at how much of a difference it has made in such a short space of time. My skin is much softer, more moisturised, and less irritated. This is great value for money, will not go back to any other handwash. Scent is subtle

Was very pleased to find this product on Amazon and took advantage of the subscribe and save service, however since my first purchase the price has increased (a lot!) and I have found it cheaper elsewhere. As for the product, it is very effective, my skin is extremely problematic but this hand wash leaves them soothed and comfortable. It takes some getting used to as it does not lather like a traditional hand wash, I find you need a full pump to properly cleanse and clean hands, this makes it a very expensive product but the pay off is worth it, my hands are grateful. Just a shame about the price increase! 17/7/25, Why has this increased in price AGAIN??? It goes up and down like a yo-yo meaning it's difficult to plan ahead and buy what you require at a competitive price or to just buy when you need it. Please fix a stable price and go back to being the cheapest supplier on the internet for this product, it will earn you more customers, loyal customers.

Really good hand wash if you suffer from sore and sensitive hands. It doesn't lather but also doesn't dry out your skin which can exacerbate skin conditions.

I have to use this in winter my fingers and hands are so sore and dry. They are in water alot washing dishes or vegetables for my diet. I have now bought food gloves. I have skin allergies and this wash helps not to dry out the skin. The cost is a factor and the seller has increased the price again.

I have contact dermatitis on my hands and have struggled to find hand soap that doesn’t make my hands sore and dry. It has a cooling creamy texture and rubs in and washes off well. This soap has been a life safer and I have not had dry or irritated hands since, no matter how often I wash them. It’s quite expensive, but given the effectiveness of the soap, I don’t mind paying the extra money. I buy it every month now and have it at every sink. I wouldn’t buy anything else.

I use this at work in a clinic as the hand wash they provide gives me a rash. So far so good! Feels nice to wash with and I haven't had a reaction to it.
