I bought the nude/pink shade (can't remember the name of it) and it is a nice color. It doesn't seem to have a major plumping effect but it's fine. My sister loves City Lips and recommended the Watermelon or Sun Diego colors so I may try those next. These seem a little pricey for lip gloss, though.

I was skeptical, but it's actually very plumping. You just have to give it a few minutes to see the effects. It is sticky, but what lip gloss isn't? It wasn't painful like some lipglosses I've tried in the past, and my lips don't feel dry once it wears off. First picture is immediately after application and the second picture is about 7 minutes after application.

Lip plumping gloss.I haven’t used it long enough to see the difference but usually I have found that lip plumping substances sting my lips, however I don’t have any stinging using this product.I’m going to give it a good try. I like the gloss I get !

Finally found a hydrating lip gloss with staying power. I get frustrated at the current options available on the market because, while they all add shine for the 5 minutes they stay on your lips, none of them actually hydrate your lips. In fact many of them seem to zap moisture right out of them, leaving my always-dry lips feeling worse than before I used the gloss. The lip glosses that everyone called "sticky" were the only ones that did anything to hydrate my lips, and it's unfortunate that so many cosmetic companies have changed their formulas to the lower quality, drying, greasy waste of money that they all push now. I have been looking desperately to find a replacement for my last tube of Clinique long wear lip gloss, as it's almost empty and I was starting to panic, thinking I was doomed to a world of useless "lip butters" and "lip oils" that I have to reapply 17 times a day. I suppose I'm in the minority of women who want the "sticky" lip glosses back (pleeeease!)I've seen this City Lips lip gloss on Instagram so many times and ignored it, figuring it was no different from all the other junk out there right now. But there's a new version of the ad now that made me take a second look and finally pull the trigger. It's a significant price tag, so I was a little nervous, but I was not disappointed. While this gloss is not quite as "sticky" as my trusty Clinique, it still has similar staying power, and it feels at least equally hydrating. I've only had it for one day, but I already know I've found my new favorite, and as long as they don't change formula, I'm a lifer. I'm in my mid 40's so my lips are not as smooth as they once were. This gloss does help plump up the little natural creases in my lips. The effect is subtle, but at my age every little bit matters. And I appreciate that I personally don't feel any tingle or burning when I put it on. There is a bit of an odd smell to it while I apply it, but it seems to dissipate quickly afterwards, and it tastes slightly sweet, not perfumy like other glosses I've had the displeasure of trying out. The tube is pretty large, so I feel like I'm getting a lot for the price. It's noticeably larger than the old Clinique tube. Love, love, love it. Don't change a thing. Please.

Did not see any plumping effect. It’s basically just like any other lip gloss. Very expensive for no added benefits other than a lip gloss.

Love this! I have dry and dehydrated lips that are thinner than I would like but not super thin. I bought the clear and pink nude. The color is creamy and smooth and so moisturizing. The look is creamy hydrated and supple. I love it. The clear is sticky but it works! I don’t mind the stick if the product does what I bought it for. I noticed a bit of a tingle with the clear. Nothing crazy. I love it! I am 35 years old.

I tried this 3 days in a row. There was absolutely no plumping of my lips. Not even a little bit! The color is nice though and it does make my lips softer. Not sure it's worth the price

Product seemed extremely pigmented by the stain on the box and my fingers felt sticky, as it had leaked in the box I did not try the product prior to return and I did not order again because I felt it may be too thick and sticky for me personally but this is just my opinion.
