Winsome Wood TV Tray Set

These are very sturdy and heavy! Nice thick tables and really classy looking. Putting the stand together wasn't too bad but I did need my husband's help. I'm very happy with my purchase!

The trays are super sturdy and look very nice. My set arrived with one tray cracked and the customer service team was extremely helpful and sent me a new one right away.

This is an extremely good quality TV tray set. I wish I could give them 100 star review. I want to start with the packaging. They used a Styrofoam felt that they were able to wrap and protect the wood from nicks and scratches. And everything was packed tight to where there was no damage to anything. Also, instead of having little flex of Styrofoam all over my house. I was just able to crumble it up and throw everything away. Also, they used a clear bag to cover each TV tray. I was able to get the bag off without tearing it and they’re big enough to use as a kitchen garbage can bag. The directions were easy to read and to follow. This is definitely a high-quality TV tray set and at $76 dollars brand new, it’s a steal. I highly, highly, highly, recommend it.

The trays are beautiful. The stand was fairly easy to assemble; the trays were already assembled. Reason for 4 stars rather than 5: One side of one tray was loose from the legs, the holes for the screws were stripped out. Now my husband has to figure out how to repair it. I'm sure one product he'll use is wood glue. But he will also have to find the same type of screws that are a little bigger and just a tad longer. It could be interesting. But it was only one tv tray out of four. And it was probably a one-time thing. As far as actually using the trays, they seem sturdy enough and they are definitely larger than the old trays we were using, which is the main reason we got them.

Winsome Company, I am shocked and amazed! This order arrived on time and was in very good condition. Only one end of the shipping box was partially open, but that was OK. All parts listed were present, correct, and an excellent shape. Why I am shocked and amazed? I am ecstatic that this product turned out to be one of the best quality wooden products that I've ever purchased through the Internet/Amazon. Most items in this category on the Internet are absolute trash. Yours is not!! The color blend is top notch and all trays and stand are very stable. My only wish is that each individual tray had a lock catch under the flat tray top to hold the stand in a locked position. That would make this product above reproach! We are very impressed with your brand and you now have a solid customer for the future. Thank you immensely!

I read the reviews on this product and the biggest problem people had was that the tray's legs would fold up when picking up the tray. It is true, but I found an easy, inexpensive, quick fix. If you look at the photos I provided, you will see I used some rubber weather seal. Cut 2 pieces, one smaller than the other, and stick them together. Open your tray, turn it upside down, and stick the double weather strip close to the slide bar (see photo). For easier opening and closing, make the top strip about a finger wide in length. The instructions were easy. I am a visual person; so the picture instructions was great for me. There was some written instructions. Tools to put it together was included. Don't put in the wooden plugs until you are sure it is put together right. I accidentally put a piece in the wrong place due to not referring to the instructions, and I was able to fix it easily and quickly. I used a hammer and the soft packing sheet that came with the trays to put in the wooden plugs. I put the packing sheet over the wooden plugs and tapped the plugs into place. I couldn't just push the plugs in, and used the packing sheet to keep the hammer from scratching the plugs. Also, a tip for those with no experience putting anything together, putting screws and wooden plugs in a small container to keep them from getting lost while putting it together is recommended. I love the way these trays look. They are sturdy, and in good quality. They exceeded my expectations. There was, however, one small scratch. I had a hard time getting the pieces out of the box, so it could have happened at that time, but I found a quick fix for this too. See photos.

I bought these because the other reviewers said they were big and sturdy. But I'm writing this review mostly in my experience withthe manufacturer's customer service. The TV tray set box arrived TWO days before expected delivery (yay!), but I was very disappointed to find that the stand was completely missing after unboxing. Amazon provided a link to the manufacturer's website for missing hardware & parts. I was skeptical since I was missing the entire stand, but figured I could return it to Amazon if the manufacturer never replied. That evening, I filled out the online form and noted the entire 5th piece to my set was missing. I uploaded a screenshot of my Amazon receipt and sent it away with little expectation or hope. The next day I received an email apologizing for the inconvenience, providing me a request number and a promise to update me with tracking info when my replacement parts shipped. Okay - positive start, but still skeptical. Ship in a few weeks? Months? The next morning after that I received another email with a tracking number and estimated delivery date of my stand. (Insert pleasantly surprised face here). The very next afternoon, the box with my parts was delivered. (Insert shocked face now!) Parts did require assembly and no instructions were provided, but it was easy enough to figure out and my 4 trays -- which are very nice looking, a great size, and very sturdy-- now happily hang on the stand that I was so skeptical to even receive. A+ customer service. And really nice, sturdy trays, too.

We really love these tables. It's a great product for the price. As other reviewers have said, they're not the sturdiest tables ever, but it's not like they're going to topple over by putting your plate on them. I simply wouldn't sit or lean on them, which isn't what they're for anyway. The finish looks really good. All of the tables folded and on the very convenient stand actually take up very little room. The stand is the only thing you have to put together. It's very solid and it didn't take too long to assemble. Very happy with this purchase.

I purchased this set of TV tables with stand for our daughter and family for Christmas gift. There are a few things I'd like to share. 1. They arrived on date given by company which was so important as it was a gift. 2. The item was delivered in excellent condition great overview check by company and safe delivery service. 3. The dark colour was evenly distributed and has a rich finish look to it. Our daughter fell in love with the choice. 4. Winsome wood products are reasonably priced, appealing, a plus to any room and a piece of furniture that you'll receive alot of compliments on. In conclusion I did alot of research on this item before purchasing and it was given fairly high ratings. As well as Winsome wood has a whole line of different styles and price point to help you shop. I am a first time purchaser and have to say extremely happy and impressed. Deborah🥰
