I hardly write reviews but this product works better than everything else including the ones with lots of deet. At least for me, and mosquitos LOVE me. This stuff is magic!!

This is truly a great product, we bought from someplace before. We liked it so much, we went searching and found it on Amazon. It definitely keeps the bugs away

Natural insect repellent and it smells great. But it is on the pricier side and it leaks. Will finish it but not going to purchase again.

So this little 2.2 OZ spray bottle comes in a sealed tampered-proof plastic bag as shown in the attached pictures. The main active ingredient is Citronella Oil - 2.55%, Cornmint Oil - 2.00%, Eugenol - 0.3%, and Geraniol 0.25% with about 94.9% insert ingredients such as Lauric acid, Almond Oil and Vitamin E amongst others. This product is listed as Minimum Risk Pesticide so that is good to know as well as Deet-Free and paraben-free. Obviously, with all these ingredients, the texture of this repellent is a little thicker than water, clear but somewhat oily. It does give a little shine on the skin right after applied but then will dry off leaving no residue at all. It's hard to describe the Citronella scent oil but I think it smells really like those bar soaps from a high-end hotel room, very pleasant and refreshing that is not too overwhelming :). The spray pump action is decent and easy to use but not too misty, still does a good job of spraying though. The scent is definitely long-lasting on my upper arms but not so much on my hands since I washed them more often. After a few hand washes, I have to put up my hands really close to my nose to notice any lingering citronella scent. Similar to sweat I guess, the more you sweat and wipe it off, the less effective the repellent is I supposed. But still does a good job repelling mosquitoes under normal condition though. Not quite sure about ticks, and I don't think I want to find out :). I am pretty sure they will stay away from this fresh scent since they are more attracted to odors. It does sting a little, very little if you have cuts or open skin by the way. Overall, this is a nice and very gently smell repellent that works well to repel mosquitoes and other pesky bugs. Just wish the bottle is a little bigger to go with the price :).

I'm really sensitive to smells and this product is one that would really work for me, BUT...even though it was wrapped nicely, the bottle was wet and it was/is SO sticky. I've tried Goof Off to remove the residue, and it's STILL sticky. Quite disappointing because I really want to love this, but I've pretty much given up on using it because every time I pick up the bottle, my hand sticks to it and gets this weird residue on it.

This insect repellent spray seems to work well. I hadn't had a mosquitos bite since I'd applied it last evening. Granted, my area isn't heavily infested with mosquitos but I usually get a bite or two if I spend enough time out in the backyard in the evening. Not the case after I've applied this, which is a nice surprise.I like that this spray uses natural essential oils instead of harsh chemicals such as DEET. It uses a special blend of citronella, peppermint, eugenol and geraniol oils which are known to have good insect repelling properties. The bottle is easy to apply and has a built-in loop for carrying or attaching to your backpack. It says it is effective up to 8 hours. I can't vouch for that but it did a pretty nice job of keeping the mosquitos away from me for the 2-3 hours that I spent in the backyard.Overall, I'm pretty pleased with this insect repellent spray. It is easy to apply and seems to work well. I like that it uses natural essential oils as the active ingredients and contains no harsh chemicals. Easy on the skin. Made in France. It gets the job done.

I used this after 30 mins or so out in the sun and I walked away with zero mosquito bites. Everyone else at the shoot was swatting bugs and mosquitos and although I had to swat a few I don't have any bites.. I didn't experience what everyone else did and the only difference was that I was using this. They also used a repellent spray but it was nothing like this.The spray was easy to use and store and has a nice lemony scent to it.
