Hold the bag nicely.
I use these for my Abscess drain bag , I also do a bit of modification by sewing a Velco strip on them that hold the bag in place without having to worry that it slips out.

I added some holes to run the tube through.

This is a life-changer
As a condom catheter user I was resigned to not being able to wear shorts or a bathing suit in public again. This product gives me back that option. I use it with a 600 ml bag. I use 3/8 ID inch latex tubing and two (2) plastic 3/8 inch 90-degree elbow barb fittings (all available on Amazon) to connect the catheter to the bag. The latex tubing is more flexible than vinyl or silicone. Using the plastic barb fittings keeps the tubing from crimping, since there are two 90-degree changes in direction that have to occur between the outlet of the catheter and the inlet to the bag. I have not experienced any leaks. As others have mentioned, it is important to check the bag every few hours so that it does not become full. To the designer and manufacturer of this product, my sincere thanks for an excellent product! 5 stars.

Great idea, but awkward for women using restroom
Out of all the nephrostomy contraptions I've used, this one is my preferred holder because a full bag is ot going to fall down my leg. I have a smaller frame (140lb, 5'4) and ordered a large so velcro belt would close around my hips. It's a bit of a tight fit below where the tube comes out my back and the belt tests (maybe an inch clearance) it's so easy to use and put on. There's no hole for the nozzle so I fold the tip of the bag into the holster. Careful girls, there's so much velcro on this that if you were a polyester dress without a slip, it'll catch and bunches. Using the restroom as a woman is quit awkward, for a man I'm sure it's fine, but for me, I have to be strategic about how I dress depending on how I wear my underwear over or under these. If you go under, you can pull them down and have to unfastened and who's got time for that when you have to go? Wear then over and you have to make sure the tube doesn't get caught and tug on your back (ouch!).Like I said, these are better than the white mesh cheap bags that just sit on the thigh and saggs down the leg when the bag starts to fill; and it's better than the velcro belt that cuts circulation or also sags and get stuck to everything because it's velcro.

Works with manual labor job
I work as an electrical apprentice. I'm constantly going up & down ladders, as well as kneeling for extended periods of time, bending and twisting. This allows me the freedom to do all of that. The size of the space for the bag is for about 600ml. I usually empty at the 2 hour mark for preference, but it could go longer.Cons: if I had to pick one it would be the location of the belt. It comes together in the back. Just fine for me, but those with hand cordination issues might struggle.

Great concept but needs to some 'adjustments'
Where elastic straps that come with a leg bag for a foley catheter or adding 2" silicone elastic leg straps to a leg bag that both tend to slide down during movement, this is a great concept. When attached to the left leg (XL), find the velcro joint on my backside. When attached to the the right leg, velcro joint is more convenient on my left hip. Able to move more freely with this holder in feeling more confident, and the catheter isn't being tugged when the leg bag is filling. The pouch could be larger to accommodate 1000ml leg bags. I haven't found a smaller leg bag yet that I like, but I fold the bottom of my 1000ml bag, and then use the velcro exit to unwrap and empty.

Good product. Could us some improvement.
Works pretty well. Would be much better if the velcro to hook the belt together were in front. Its bad enough to have to wear a catheter but you need help to get ithe leg bag fastened on.

Very comfortable and discreet - way better than urine bag leg straps that keep falling down your leg
My husband had a surgery complication from his prostatectomy where his left kidney was unable to drain after the surgery. As if cancer and a prostatectomy is not already bad enough. He's had to have a nephrostomy tube exiting his left kidney to drain his kidney into a urine bag that is strapped to his left leg for the past 4 months while waiting to get this problem rectified. This has impacted his life so much that he is unable to return to work as he's an electrician and the labour is too much movement for the nephrostomy tube causing him a lot of pain, swelling and risk of infection to his nephrostomy tube or kidney. He currently has a very poor quality of life at the age of 54. He can't do much, has to limit his activity daily, and can't get wet other than have a quick shower. He had so many problems with the leg straps constantly falling down his leg while wearing his urine bag. He couldn't wear shorts because the leg bag kept falling below his shorts, and it's been a very hot summer so far. I happened to find this and purchased it for him. He loves it and it has helped him tremendously. It keeps his leg bag at the right place, and he is able to wear shorts with it on. It's easy to wear, and easy to access the bag to empty it. It's so comfortable to wear, he even sleeps with it on. It has stopped his urine bag from falling and yanking on his nephrostomy tube, which is incredibly painful. He's much happier now that he has this for his urine bag and thinks it's so much better than the leg straps. He would highly recommend this for anyone that has to wear a urine leg bag.

Game changer
After surgery I found out I will need to remain with a catheter for at least a couple weeks. I found the leg bag horribly uncomfortable and awkward. Elastic digging into me, slides down my leg etc.this is super comfortable and will make the next couple weeks bearable
