Best water-proof Mattress pad I have ever had. The top layer is soft and stays cool. Really excellent quality.

Several people commented on the smell, I just opened mine and gave it a wash. They are hard to dry. I dry it one round, then put it out side, to finish drying. This may also have helped with the smell. But it is great and does what it is suppose to do.

Bought as a replacement for a previously owned (not Cylen brand) cover which fell apart. This cover arrived promptly as usual. Our king mattress is a bit thick and the cover fit well, with room to spare. I would image it fits even a thicker mattress than ours. The cover is silent; no crinkling noises and is unnoticeable. Based upon 60 days of use so far, I would recommend it to others.

very nice to the tough, does what it claims to protect the mattress. My only con is that it does NOT keep you cool, in fact since I've been using it, I wake up sweating at night.

We ordered this to protect our child's new mattress. The look and feel of the sheet are good, but we noticed that the mattress would be wet after he wet the bed. It was not waterproof. We contacted the manufacturer and they sent us a replacement, but the same thing happened again. We are out of the return window so we will just have to buy another product from another company.

Item as described . Arrived promptly. Reasonable price.My old mattress protector was very warm... I am a hot-blooded person / suffer from insomnia which a too-warm-bed does not help .I decided to give this a try.It fit very well and is much more comfortable than my last one. May just buy a spare for laundering-purposes.

I switched to some wonderfully soft microfiber sheets that a B&B was using and I loved (Rachel's Dowery in Baltimore, great place to stay!) Anyway these great new sheets kept bunching up and making me crazy so I wanted a mattress cover that would help them stay tucked in. This cover has a terry cloth like surface and thankfully the fitted sheet stays put like it should.

Not thrilled - I just missed the time frame to return this item, so I hope the manufacturer will see this review and contact me. It has protected the mattress from occasional bedwetting. However, the terry cloth top is stained and discolored, even though I have washed the item immediately, and following the laundering instructions. The terry cloth also seems to hold a urine odor, despite repeated washing. I could post an image of the stain, but that seems gross.I may attempt to get a refund somehow.
