I purchased the 25 oz bottle, but knocked it over and broke the top, so I ordered a new 32 oz one, but it didn't fit in my car cup holder. I emailed customer service to ask about getting a new top for my 25 oz bottle. Maria got back to me the same day. She said she would check the availability of a new cap, again got back to me the same day and said they would ship one out. She must have shipped it the same day or next because I received it in a very timely manner! The bottle keeps my water very cold, I have not used it for hot liquids so I cannot say if it keeps things hot but I would have to say it would if it likes keeping my water so cold. Excellent product and customer service. Going to order two more for my sisters.

The media could not be loaded. I've been using this bottle for a month or so now and I really enjoy using it. It's great for school, work or if I'm just planning on being out of the house for most of the day. I really like the matte navy finish on it and it keeps drink cold/preserves ice for quite a while. If I fill it up with ice and a cold drink in the morning, there will still be ice in the bottle by the evening. In fact, I once filled it up with ice, used it for several hours during a hot day, left it in my car overnight and collected it out of my car the next day in the afternoon to find that there was still ice in it. Very impressive.The size is perfect for me. It's definitely large, but it doesn't feel overly large in my hand when I'm holding it. It's too large for my cup holders, but may fit in some cup holders; however, it is rather tall, so I don't think that using it in the car cup holders would be the best idea. I really like that it came with a case to carry it and I almost never take it out of the case because its easier to tote around with the adjustable strap. Unlike previous cups I have had, it holds enough liquid for me that I can drink it casually for about 6-8 hours without feeling like I need to buy a drink while I'm out, as long as I'm not doing much physical activity.The reason I deducted a star is that I have issue with the lid and drinking spout. The lid leaks out of the spout, which I was not aware of when I bought this (I am attaching a video of this). It leaked into my bag one day shortly after I started using it and since then, I always make sure to keep it upright. This is not a huge problem for me, as I usually just carry it by the strap, but if you are looking for something that you can throw into a bag, this product would not be ideal. The drinking spout can also be a pain because if I don't cover the top hole on the top of the spout with my lip, the drink will drizzle down onto my face. I did not receive this water bottle as part of a promotion, I paid full price. I have searched high and low for the perfect water bottle, I finally found it! I have spent countless dollars on other products that claim to be insulated and leak proof only to be disappointed. I am very happy that everything advertised about this water bottle is 100% accurate. It comes with the straw, so you don't have to purchase it separately like you do with other more expensive brands. It does not sweat at all, and ice lasts all day. If you put ice in at night, you will take a sip of cold water in the morning. I am so pleased, especially because of the price. I love the color selection, and the carry case it comes with. So cute! I originally purchased the 32 oz bottle but because it did not fit in my car cup holder, I purchased the 25 oz. I definitely recommend both.

This serves my purpose, 32 oz, but is far from ideal. I would not recommend it. It kept ice water cold 24 hrs. with almost no ice left, inside an air conditioned home, with the little sleeve. You must press the straw down very firmly to close off water.; there is a small silicone dot that covers the hole: this is not a seal. Contigo has always been my go to container, but they do not make a 32. oz with a straw. Until then, this will have to do.I'm updating this review & after less than a year's gentle use, give this product one star. It has not held up at all. Leaked, even with great caution. On the first tumble the lid cracked & broke making the entire thing a fail for the intended use.
