I live in Dubai where we get sunny days most of the year so this is solar panel is useful, but I had to angle it correctly to it absorb sun sunlight more efficiently, I had to keep the camera on battery saving mode in order to have a fully charged battery as putting the camera on more surveillance mode will drain the battery but that depends on the area you are monitoring and movement detection sensitivity.

Make sure it’s exposed to the sunlight to keep it charging well

Bought the entire Eufy range (cameras+sensors+homebase) thinking that they are secure and reliable products. My satisfaction at most is 30%. After only three months of usage, the cameras and sensors are acting up with so many glitches. Reached out to their local distributor for help. They change the cameras but could not fix the software issues with detection. Not to mention they are poor customer service attention and difficulty to reach them. Further discovered that the first five seconds of any footage is not clear, it takes more than 30 seconds to be notified of an intrusion as the software is very slow, and an intruder could delete your local storage remotely! Highly do not recommend this if serious security is at stake. You may search the Internet for faults with the camera and you will find many videos that explain all the fault about them.
