Winemaker's Recipe Handbook

The best recipe book for making wine, this one was a gift for a friend. I have made many of the wines in this book. A good starting point for wines of your local fruits and vegetable materials.I like making the unusual wines,and planning on wild Buffalo Berry this summer.

This comes as a very thin pamphlet like book. It is loaded with recipes. Easy to understand. Was worth it to add it to my collection. I do like the content and will be putting it to the test very soon.

I got this replacement book for my husband because he used this book in the past and lost it. He really relies on this book for all his wine recipes. Sometimes he goes rouge but he mostly uses the staples of this book. If you are an amateur home vintner you need this book.

Not really a great wine recipe book but for price it's not a big deal.

very good book it is small but packed full of useful info. Its based on 1gal batches but just do them ×5 and youre doing 5gal batches. Just did a plum wine from it and even young its great.

I bought this book in the 1980's when I started making wines. I have used it for 4+ decades and it is still my go-too book for homemade wines. I bought this copy for a relative that I will be teaching to make his own wine. I highly recommend it. I have used other books, but this one is easy to read and has an amazing variety to select from. All the recipes are for one gallon, but I do the math and make 6 gallons at a time.

Has some good information on wine making. Easy to read and full of different wine recipes

Love this book, I make a lot of wine and this is my go to guide for new flavors. I make pineapple wine every month.
