Attractive and well made

Looks good, but never worked correctly
Paid to have installed. Paid more to have it fixed. Broke again. No one will honor the lifetime guarantee- not Emtek, not Haddington Hardware, not Amazon.

Rough mechanism
Lock set was purchased for a new door install. Lock took four hours to install. Mechanism is rough and needed extreme patience to install. I had two professionals on the job that they installed Emtek Lock sets before and never had a good experience. Dead bolt is hard to turn and not fluid. Would not recommend

Look CLOSELY at the schematics
As noted in other reviews, there are no instructions other than the schematics. If you look closely at each step as you go, it's fairly straightforward. One note regarding the photos; we got the knob version instead of the lever, and it is not easy to access the screws. We used a 90° screwdriver, which was tedious but worked well. USE TAPE so you don't scratch the finish every time the screwdriver slips off.
