Solid but needs a thick shelf
very effective is a little on the heavy duty size and barely will be hidden in an 18mm shelf

Work just fine
Bought over a year ago and the shelves are all still rock solid. When installed they are completely invisible so a very neat appearance is achieved. Would definitely recommend.
