This is perfect for my needs. I was delighted to find a corn free calcium citrate. I must take calcium but developed rebound silent reflux from the calcium carbonate the doctor prescribed due to a health issue. I did my own research and discovered that calcium citrate was more bioavailable and didn't cause rebound reflux. After much searching, I finally found this corn free (I'm allergic) calcium citrate. I will be a repeat buyer of this product; I'm incredibly pleased with the quality and value.

Excellent just what I was looking for

They’re a little smaller than the calcium carbonate tabs I used to buy, but more expensive. So I appreciate a smaller horse pill. I read calcium citrate is better absorbed so decided to try. Will it show up in a way I can understand in my next bone density scan? Doubt it. But I’ll do whatever might help down the road.

It's calcium citrate. It's the kind of calcium i need. It came in the strength I need. The pills are so large though. Gets caught in my throat if it goes down sideways.

It's hard to find Calcium supplements without D3 added, but this is one that I found. It worked great. It's non-GMO and gluten free. The tablets are normal sized and don't have that awful chemically taste or smell that some vitamins have.

This is a great Calcium supplement for anyone with any auto-immune disease, but particularly for sarcoid. The administration of moderate to high doses of corticosteroids is associated with bone loss. Since Prednisone or other corticosteroids is the primary form of treatment for Sarcoid, it's important to get calcium. However, Sarcoid (and other auto-immune diseases) also makes your stomach so much more sensitive to so many supplements. Calcium Citrate is one of the most easily tolerated/digested forms of calcium. Most importantly, for someone with Sarcoid, it's important to avoid Vitamin D, as Sarcoid converts inactive Vitamin D to its active form. This is the single best calcium supplement I have found for someone with sarcoid. Actually, it is the ONLY calcium supplement I found to have been independently verified by a lab (Consumerlab.com) to contain exactly what it says, to not upset the stomach, and that does NOT contain Vitamin D. Unless they go changing things, this is the calcium supplement I will be taking for the rest of my life.

I like these calcium tablets because they are not too big to swallow without difficulty.
