Breaks and cracks easily, when it was new, it looked great. No reflections and no shadows with the correct lighting. Problem is that in everyday use rolling it up will cause cracks to occur on the ends and in the middle of the backdrop rendering it useless unless you wanna Photoshoot out the creases and cracks each time you use it. Also, it is not wide at all. Much better for headshots and product photography than anything else. Maybe I got a bad one but don’t expect the seller to do anything about it.

Ok, I've had this for a backdrop for about a year now, and it has GOT to be one of the worst backdrops I've ever owned. Creases easily, and no matter what clips I use to secure it to a stand, managed to find a way to curl itself up. Due to this frustrating bit, it literally TORE in a couple places near where it was fastened. Got tired of dealing with it as it was more trouble than it was worth, and threw it out. Will not buy this one again.

Much more durable than paper back drops. I am using it for product photography and it does well. I ordered the white and blue after seeing the quailty of this.

Damaged

I'm thrilled with this background, it is sturdy and looks great in my product photos. It arrived in a big box, wrapped tightly in paper with tons of tape around it - it took a lot of work to get it unwrapped, which was an annoyance, but the quality is excellent and I'm sure I'll get a lot of use out of it. Keeping it flat right out of the package was nearly impossible even with weights on the ends, so I rolled it in the opposite direction, secured the roll with rubber bands, and left it overnight (as suggested by another reviewer) and that helped a lot. I wish these were available in larger sizes - I'd definitely buy more!

Just the right size.
