If you are not mechanically inclined you may have a problem setting this up. The picture is very very small and the instructions aren't the easiest to understand, especially if you don't regularly build things. They don't explain really how to put the actual piece together but by looking at the microscopic picture and watching a YouTube video I was able to install. That being said it is sturdy and is currently supporting a 10000 but air conditioner. Also it would be nice if the spacers were different sizes because one half the width of the rest would have been useful.

Too difficult to assemble and install. There are simpler products out there that don’t need so much effort and time to use and install. Instead Buy something already assembled and ready to go.
