Leland Rod Company Sonoma Emerger Kid's Fly Fishing Outfit 7' 9#4, Blue

I bought this for my son in June and while he was casting with it over the weekend it snapped in half. The details on the product say there is a lifetime warranty. I have contacted the seller and the manufacturer, after getting zero response from either party this product gets a negative vote from me. All I want is a replacement, hence the warranty or a replacement part(which I would willingly pay for), yet I can't get any response from anyone.

Wow! What a great looking outfit. I can't wait to give it to my son for his birthday. I can tell right away that this is a quality product. The rod is not as blue as it shows in the picture. In my opinion I think it looks better this way. It's almost a navy blue or even darker. The reel is by no means a kids reel and comes loaded with backer, line, and leader. My only gripe is that I didn't get the flies or extra leader that it said would come with in the description. I still give this a 5 star based on initial quality of the product. However I am disappointed that my order is not completely fulfilled.

Really disappointed in this combo doesn’t come with flies foreceps or any information about the combo or what line is on it just has a name on it which is what you are paying for and that being said will never buy anything from this company againAnd if there are any beginners out there stay away from this combo!Unfortunately you don’t get what you pay for with this company
