My 7 year old great-nephew wore it for 7 hours straight, no complaints and no attempts to take it off. From all appearances he all but forgot he had it on. Thankfully we didn’t get the opportunity to test its flotation, but I put my faith in the fact that it’s USCG approved.It’s easy to fasten, straps appear adequate to support him… it’s nice when compliance is so easy.

We have several kids and several life vest styles/brands. I really like how this one goes “razor back” as it allows for my son to move his arms freely. He’s able to do swim strokes and it is comfortable enough that he isn’t asking to take it off while he’s out of the water.

I purchased this swim vest based on the weight of my 7 y/o son. Be careful to ensure the adjustable straps are tight to ensure they cannot easily slip out. We went kayaking in mostly shallow water, but we fell out in the deep section of the water and my instinct to find and grab him kicked in and he was fine. Earlier that day his dad and another person in our group recommended tightening it as it was coming too high up over his head when we were exploring in shallow water. I’m grateful for listening. It was important for me to post that tip, bc you never know when it will be needed. I am grateful to God that we have our lives.

We got this when our son was 5 or 6, and still fits him. Has room to go out more. Not too bulky, he can move around with it.

Bought this for my son who is at the bottom end of the weight range, so it seems a tiny bit big, but still safe for him to be out in the water. Seems to be good quality, and held up well for his first swim in the lake with it.

El chaleco es de buena calidad, sin embargo no tiene para abrocharlo en la entrepierna y evitar que se suba el chaleco al cuello.

el chaleco es bueno, mi hijo pesa 50 kilos con 10 años y 1.45 mts, y apenitas le quedó si no es que le quedó un poco chico ( la talla comprada fue de 75 a 125 libras),, a pesar de que esta en el limite de la talla del chaleco, yo no volveria comprar esta talla para alguien de más de 40 kilos, supongo que mi hijo le corresponde la talla siguiente, pero en si es muy bonito y deja libre los brasos y no se pega al cuello como los demas gracias a su diseño más abierto, ya que los otros le dejaron rosado el cuello a mi hijo la última vez.
