Mounts are solid and have good build quality.As these are used on modified bumper and bull bar, the clevis mounts have been structurally modified (not visible) to bolt directly to the frame of the vehicle. In the event that these need to be used, the load will be transferred directly to the frame.

A couple of modifications and they are perfect, bolts weren't long enough...bought ones that fit, wielded nuts to base plate... solid now. I would buy them again, hopefully, I don't need to.

I used these on my 1996 jeep xj stock bumper. Im doing this knowing the stock bumper can only handle so much so they will only be used for light pulling. But if these got mounted to a serious bumper Ill bet they could handle anything. They are heavy as all get out and seem well built.

The bolts that came with them were too short to use. They could only reach through the plate and backing plate, had to buy new bolts.

Just tough as nails, excellent welds, great price. I bought 2, they were so good.
