You get so much more than you pay for!!!
Ok I bought this because it a really sad to find a dead critter in your pool! . I figured let’s give this a try! Well... it works. Haven’t had anything drown in the pool. So yay!!! I did good! However ... this guy showed up, we call him Jerry. He showed up like day 2. And he hasn’t left. It’s been over a month. He’s huge. And he pretty much runs the pool now. I think critters are afraid of him. I know I am. I haven’t swam in 3 weeks. He just stares at me. But I guess he’s family now. He’s like the creepy uncle at Thanksgiving. I would highly recommend this product. It works. You may even get your own pet bullfrog who hates you :)

Does the job but catches debris
After rescuing this guy from the pool....twice....I decided to find something to help him out if he falls in again. I have also had frogs, lizards, and snakes. This set up quickly and, since I installed it, I have not seen any creatures (except bugs) that don't belong in the pool. I used a landscape brick on top of the weight section, instead of filling it with sand. When we don't want it in the pool, it simply flips up onto the deck. Just have to remember to flip it back down when you exit.My only complaint is that it catches debris on the mesh netting that would otherwise be naturally directed to the skimmer. That part can be partly resolved by having the skimmer handy to collect it when you flip the device up out of the pool.

Absolutely works!
We live on a lakefront property with a brook 100 yards from our pool. Every morning I would have to remove 2 to 5 frogs and sometimes moles from the skimmer. This is the 3rd morning that the ramp has been in the pool and so far nothing to remove from the skimmer. On 2 of the last 3 nights, we were sitting on the deck above the pool, listening to the chorus of frogs all around, and saw 2 frogs each night around the edge of the pool. I am sure they went swimming and were able to get out.

Works great and great price!
This product works great and great price. I just put it in my pool tonight... hope to see some frogs resting on them. I bought 3. About time. I have spent to many years grieving over dead critters in my pool... mostly frogs... but NO MORE! Halleluyah! A teen age bullfrog is in my backyard now... I rushed to order these critter savers... cause I don't want to see any more dead frogs in my pool. I love all of God's creation so much! I want to help them.

It works wonderfully!
We live in north Florida and recently built a pool. Before there was water in the pool, we would almost daily remove at least one frog, toad, lizard, and/or snake. The day after the pool was filled we had a drowned frog. I placed two of these frog savers into pool and have not removed a dead amphibian/reptile since! It even helped two ducklings escape the pool (they were too little to leap over the lip)!Early one morning I spotted a toad in the pool seeming to hunt some flies on the surface of the pool. He was swimming contentedly, no distress, and I helped him out of the pool. Ten minutes later I looked again and found a toad of the same size swimming in the same area of the pool. I figured it knew what it was doing and let it go. After the sun came up there was no toad (alive or dead) in the pool, confirming my suspicion that it had figured out how to safely get in and out of the pool using this escape ramp.Money well spent!

Critter life saver! This works and it’s cute!
Love these little escape landings for our pool. We haven’t seen any critters that have drowned in our pool since installing these. Leaves that normally fall in the pool will gather on the edges but just give it a little dunk in the water and the leaves will disperse and you can net them out. No problem.

Works excellent.
Saved a mole on its first day. Works very well. I’m sure it saves a lot more critters at night... we’ll worth the price.

This really works!
This is more than cute it’s actually saving frogs. They’re babies right now but I was getting about 10-15 in my filter daily. Since putting this in the pool, I get about 1-3 per day.
