Q: How many come in the box? Why would that not be listed?

1 box has 1 gross which is about 144 socks. that is about 72 pairs. some people who create the listing forget to put important details into the descriptions.

Q: Will they last long enough to go through TSA scanners without shoes?

We used them so our patients could put them on and walk through the office halls to x-ray without having to put shoes back on. They worked just fine.

Q: Would these work to prevent chafing from swim fins ? The neoprene are too thick. I like that these are thin

I am not sure. We used these in our medical office so our patients would not have to walk barefoot from one destination to another. I don't feel that they would prevent blisters from wearing shoes, but swim fins probably have less friction.

Q: Size 11 shoe. Will it fit?

They should fit a size 11 shoe, but they are definitely not made for durability. We used them in our physician's office so patients wouldn't have to walk barefoot to get xrays, etc. They were great for that.
