This item was a disappointment and not fresh.
I wanted to try these pieces for some cheesecakes I was baking… I have a whole case of lotus cookies but thought I would try these. I opened the container and poured some in my hand. I tasted them and they were not fresh and crunchy at all, they tasted stale and old. I tried to request a refund but this product does not honor a refund for an unsatisfactory item! Enjoy my $$ I guess. I will share with my 6 baking pages I belong to NOT to order from this brand. -no returns no refund, that’s not the way to do business.

No crunch at all
They get soggy...not crunchy at all!

It is as crunchy as I expected
I bought this product because I was trying to mimic Starbucks Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino. The product is not bad but it didn't provide me the crunchy tasty effect I was looking for. This product maybe good for baking goods but to use it for coffee like I was trying to, it is not that great.

Not the best-don’t waste your time or money.
Took a gamble and thought I would try it.They do not taste like chocolate. I’m not sure what they taste like, but Chocolate isn’t the thing that they taste like. Actually, they taste somewhat artificial flavored. It would probably be better to get a package of Oreos, remove the white cream from the center, crush them up a little bit, maybe add a few tablespoons of melted butter, mix them up and then bake them in a toaster oven for a few minutes to make them crunchy and then put in some ice cream.
