Truly dreadful picture quality
I bought this camera after being very happy with the two previous Kodak cameras the family has had in the past. Being so small and slim I thought it could be carried around pretty much all the time and in so many aspects this camera fits the bill. It is very small, light, attractive, easy to use and starts up very fast - making it perfect for those 'Quick! Where's my camera?' moments.Sadly, it's let down by one fairly major flaw - it takes truly dreadful pictures. As the previous review said, in low light conditions the pictures are extremely grainy. But unlike the previous reviewer, I haven't been able to take decent pictures in good light either. There less grainy granted, but grainy none the less.I also attempted to return this camera only to be told, 'I'm sorry sir, but we can't accept it back as this level of noise is normal for this camera.'Things are so bad I'm having to use my mobile phone (yes, a phone takes better pictures than this camera) until I can get a new one...and you can bet it wont be a Kodak.

Do not buy this camera if you like taking pictures at night!
I bought this camera thinking it would be so good as it has high mega pixels but dont be fooled! This camera takes fantastic photos in the day though the camera lets you down in the night. I have just come back from holiday after using my camera, taking pictures in both the day and night. The pictures in the day are fantastic quality but the pictures at night are terrible! They are grainy and I'm constantly changing the settings on the camera to try and take pictures at night. Shortly after I bought this camera and found how grainy the night time pictures were, I took it back to the shop where I bought it and was told to send it to Kodak who would repair it, it was returned and told there was nothing wrong with it. Which is rubbish as it is still grainy when I take pictures at night. So don't buy this camera if you like taking night pictures.

been a very good camera
something else i bought few years ago and forgot to review, so can now do better review having tried n tested it. Its a fab little camera, with big screen, handy zoom, many features, eaasy to use, looks good, had no problems with it, and is used regular, would definately recommend it.
