Anatomy for the Lifter!
Anatomy without a scalpel is a great resource for any practitioner of barbell sports (really anyone at all) to get a firmer grasp on the in's and out's of human movement. It's focus on anatomy pertaining to exercise really shines through. In an industry rife with pseudo-science this book is a breath of fresh air. Well written in non-cryptic, to the point language both professional's and casual participant's can benefit from Kilgore's explanations and insights. If you want to train the body, or the body's of others, it helps to know how it works. This book makes that information available in one concise yet thorough package, geared specifically towards the lifter. Excellent addition to any training library!

Anatomy without a scalpel
Very helpful,I like the fact that it was written by someone who actually has lifted weights most of his life and can speak from experience on issues from a practical experience. What makes this book unique is it is written in a way that most non techies can understand and apply.
