Es efectivo para reducción de apetito. Tomar dosis en el empaque. Lo hice antes de hora de almuerzo, y me bajó la ansiedad.

Love it losing weight

The first day I tried this , nothing would seem to fill me up, I was hungrier than before trying it but I thought it must have been something else. I kept taking it a few days and was hungrier than before, mind you, I’m not one to eat a lot. I stopped taking for a few days, was hungry but a little less, waited more time to see if I would get less hungry as days went by, and I did. Started trying the supplement again and back to feeling starved. Stopped taking it, disliked it, maybe the product is good but it does jot work well on me personally.
