Great product although I wish butchers paper was a little easier to get in Australia

Used this to wrap a brisket on my kamado joe grill. The paper dispensed very easily and the built in cutter worked very well. I spread my beef tallow on the paper and wrapped the brisket. The paper held up very well and kept the juices in. It was actually a little difficult to tear into when I was ready to slice the brisket. I don't know how this ranks value wise. It worked great for me as a home cook.

When thawing out the meat, you will have paper stuck to the meat. Evidently they tried to save the wax and the paper sticks. We circumvented this by wrapping the meat in plastic wrap first and then freezer paper.

Thank you Reynolds for developing this. The old school way of buying your butcher paper, cutter, and container in three different places was brutal.
