I have several pairs of heavy earrings I had stopped wearing since they were too heavy and made my ears look droopy but these backs are a huge help. They hold them up straight and support your earrings nicely.

These would help more if the back was formed correctly. The looped parts that hold the earring back in place do not keep the post still so it slides and they constantly need re-adjusted OR WILL FALL RIGHT OFF.

These only work on post earrings, and then only with a struggle to adjust to the ear. Dangling earrings continue to pull the earlobe, even more so with these posts. Cheaply made. Don't waste your money.

My earlobes tend to make even mid-weight earrings sag. This keeps the earring upright and in place. Very easy to use and comfortable to wear.
