Pouches can be cut to size after going through a laminator machine. Any brand of thermal laminator machine can be used with these pouches. The 5 mil thickness (0.005 inch or 0.127 millimeter or 127 micron) of each flap makes the laminated item sturdy, rigid and more tear-resistant than 3 mil pouches. Instructions: 1. Turn on laminator and wait for the Ready light to come on.
2. Place item inside thermal pouch, with even border on all sides.
3. Insert closed end of pouch into laminator. Do not insert open end or cut pouches, or machine may jam.
4. Seal item in laminator. Allow laminator to feed the document fully through the machine. Do not pull pouch through laminator.
5. For thicker items, run it through the laminator a second time.
