Works Great!
I purchased this access point to replace the wireless portion of my Verizon Fios router which had only barely adequate coverage in my 2 story house. The fact that it supports POE made locating the access point much easier. I have it mounted vertically on the side of a wooden file cabinet. All that was necessary was to run a Cat-6e cable to it from my Ethernet switch.About the only tricky part of the setup was the fact that when you finish making changes on the configuration page and then click on "SAVE" on the bottom of the page you are NOT finished. You must go to the top of the page to the Configuration tab and click on "Save and Activate" otherwise when you log out of the AP and back in all your changes will have reverted to their default values. That took a couple of minutes to figure out!As to the coverage - its great! I have been able to eliminate 2 WiFi repeaters that I had been using in order to provide a decent signal throughout my house. All my wireless devices work so much better now. In addition, my Verizon router only supported 802.11 b/g/n on the 2.4 GHz band. Since this AP transmits on both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands simultaneously and most of my wireless devices support 5 GHz most devices have seen a significant performance improvement. The best money I ever spent on WiFi equipment. Highly recommended!

Does NOT include poe i
Does NOT come with a POE injector. I received mine on 10/28/2020. It comes with a power supply but not a poe injector.2020/10/30 follow up: I purchased this hoping to integrate it with my DIR-3040 to extend my wireless network. The DIR-3040 has the ability to add APs to create a mesh network. However, this WAP is not compatible. If I had known that, I would have went with another brand entirely. On a positive note, it does appear to be as powerful as I had hoped. Not quite as strong as some truly enterprise class WAPs I've used in the past (like Juniper). But, it does provide sufficient coverage for my home.

Business features for a consumer price
I was looking for something with advanced networking features (like 802.1Q, multi-SSID, and POE support) for a consumer-level price. This device delivered on all my expectations. As mentioned by others, the device configuration process doesn't involve any hand-holding, so unless you're technical or adventurous, you may want to consider alternatives.

It works.
Very configurable. Hi/low power settings work well. It works nothing to comment. It does what it does as expected no issues.

Not so Great.
This extender does not do a very good job of extending my WiFi and I live in a small, single floor house.

Worked perfectly, no issues.
Set it and forget it.

Great Aps.
This is a great product, but be warned if you are using this with multiple SSID’s and Vlans, it can be a bit tricky to setup and may require multiple resets to get your configuration right. It does not come with a Poe injector!I have this on a custom home network and it supplies coverage for an easy 1200sqft. I’m sure it can probably do 2000sqft if placed in the right spot. Hard Reset can be a bit tricky.Overall great product.July update; After 5months of use the device started giving problems, radio signals for all networks would just go offline. Called dlink and they told me to redo the bios. Did that and it worked flawlessly for 2 months and now the problem is back. I will rma it to dlink for a new one. Disappointed that this has kicked the bucket. For enterprise equipment this didn’t last long. SMHHopefully I just got a dud and the next one lasts more than 6 months.

Excellent signal, works very well
Works exceptionally well. Programming it is simple, if you use your smart. Not easily possible in an industrial setting where it's not the same person there. Anyway, once you figure it out, works flawlessly. I use it as a bridge thru 5 steel walls, and across probably 200m between the 2 stations. Excellent connectivity. Highly recommended.

Disappointed
I have a dlink access point from 15 years ago and that's even better than this one.
