Warning - opportunistic seller who doesn't honour waranty
WARNING these are not UAE spec machines and seller will not honour the warranty. I have unfortunately received a defective unit which was taken to Nespresso. It stayed with nespresso for 3 weeks and they confirmed that this machine can not be repaired and to contact the seller. Note that the machine comes with a 2 year warrantee. The seller keeps hiding behind the amazon 15 day return policy. I have had to escalate this with amazon who have agreed to a full refund. The same machine is sold by Amazon who are amazing with their customer service.Unfortunately this seller is opportunistic with zero intent of after sales service or support. By far the worst experience with this seller.
