Love This Book!
I am really enjoying this book. 1st of all it's a really nice book. It's alot bigger than I expected, but that's a good thing for me. It is put together nicely and it does NOT seem childish or cheap. Pictures are all printed on their own sheet of paper with blank backs. That is a must have for me because I use markers and sometimes w/gel glitter pens. I always put a piece of wax paper behind when I'm coloring to avoid any bleed through onto the next picture. I usually do zen doodle or tangle books, Angela Porter has a great series out that are called "COLOR ME...." I just ordered her most recent one that was on pre-order. I am also hooked on a series by Richard Merritt (i also pre-ordered his newest one due out soon) there are 3 so far: The Aquarium, The Aviary and The Menagerie. I like some of them so much that I was thinking of framing a couple. I ordered this book because I was starting to get a little bored of the same thing and wanted to try something different. Color-by-number sounded like it would be for kids, which a couple of the ones I ordered were and they went back. But this book is a nice surprise. I don't have 1 complaint as far as this book goes...Oh, yes I do...I'm not getting anything around the house done...but that is not the book's fault.

Awesome Coloring Book!
This is a really nice adult coloring book, although older kids will be able to color in it too, as most of the pictures don't have super intricate and tiny spaces. All pictures are color by number, and there is a legend on the side of each page that shows you which colors to use. There are up to 16 colors per picture. There are a lot of animal pictures to color (owl, elephant, eagle, fish, zebra, dog, snake, tiger, turtle, buffalo, wolf, peacock) and they are all super interesting. There are also other interesting things to color like hot air balloons, a geisha, the Statue of Liberty, etc.The book is square in shape and oversized. Each page is heavier paper and the pictures are one-sided, so you don't have to worry about your pens or markers showing through to a picture on the other side of the page. Each page is perforated so you can easily remove it from the book.A really nice coloring book and one that I highly recommend. I would buy this one again for sure. The only issue that anyone may have with it is that you need a somewhat wide variety of pens or pencils, as some of the pictures require three or four different colors of green, blue, etc.Note: I did not receive this book for free or at a reduced price in exchange for a review. I paid full price.

I love Colortronic books!
I absolutely love this book! I have both this one and the Colortronic Animals, and they are by far my favorite pictures to color. I have roughly 60 coloring books and nothing compares to these. The pictures are big on each page, they're printed on heavy paper that doesn't bleed, and I can use pencils, pens, or markers and they all look amazing. If they made more than two, then I'd definitely have all their color by number books.

Beautiful pictures, sturdy paper; but perforated pages come loose easily.
Great coloring pages! I've chosen to use color gel pens to create vivid pictures. Each page has the outline of one image on the front of the page, which is perforated so you can remove it. However, if you want to use the color guides in the margin, this separates them from the drawing. This is the reason that I have rated 4 stars; it's hard to keep the pages connected in order to use the color guide. The corners of the pages curl and usually it comes loose before finishing the picture.

beautiful book
This is amazing fun for kids and adults alike. I've somehow lost my ability to color over the years-color combos stress me out, and a color-by-number really helped make this fun instead of stressful as I learn how to tap into my creativity again. The pictures are great and so different from most of the books out there that might come across as too easy or too cartoony. Worth it for anyone looking.

This is an awesome possum book
This is an awesome possum book! I love detailed coloring, but this is great for relaxing and not thinking about picking out colors. The color palate is on the side of the book, and doesn't come out with the picture-so that kind of stinks. Also, I use Prismacolor pencils and the paper is a little slippery, there is no texture to the paper, so I've been using my colorless blender. It just so fun, though!!

Pictures are beautiful and numbers are easy to read!
The color by number books by Colortronic are amazing! The pictures are beautiful, the numbers are visible without any trouble (we got a book from another company that I can't read the numbers even with my glasses on) and they are just beautiful when completed!

Hope you have a lot of markers to choose from!
The colors it suggests using can be somewhat rare.. I suggest getting a large packet of markers so you have a better chance of having the colors available. That being said, if you don’t have one of the colors, you could probably just substitute a similar color.

Highly recommended!!!
I really really love this coloring book and I just ordered the second one! Coloring by number is super relaxing and the bright colors used makes it so fun!! I use artist grade Prismacolors colored pencils and I think they are a perfect match for this book. I own 90+ colors and it's super easy matching them with the ones suggested in the book. I also use a Zig clean color real brush pencil for the areas suggesting to use black and it doesn't bleed through the paper so it seems that the pages are pretty thick! My only disappointment is that the pages detach a little too easily... often a page will detach itself before I finished colouring... I highly recommend!!

This book has nice heavy weight paper
This book has nice heavy weight paper, with single-sided pages, and images that are enjoyable to colour. I have already coloured 3 of the images - the owl, snake, and goldfish - and it was fairly relaxing, and distracting, and as a cancer patient, I welcome the opportunity to be able to focus on something else.
