I didn't like the Velcro strip (semi) permanently stuck to my windshield, as I don't use the 407 that often. Works perfectly as I stuck the Velcro to this holder and stick the easily-removable suction cups to the windshield when I know I'll be using the 407.

MUY FUNCIONAL

I use this for my CA FasTrak and it's worked pretty well. I'm certainly happy not having to stick the velcro stuff to my windshield, and that velcro has been totally secure in sticking to this till pass holder.I will note that every few months the whole unit will either fall down or I'll notice it coming off the glass. Though I also have it stuck to the back glass moon roof, just behind the front seats, so the glass is parallel to the ground (I know it isn't technically the legal spot for it, but it works quite well). Maybe if I windexed the glass and ensured the suction cups were nicely wet upon sticking it, it might stay up for longer, but every time I discover it falling, or fallen, off, I'm driving and just stick it back up blindly. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯Ultimately I am quite happy with this thing, and don't feel like the occasional dismount should be worried about. Just trying to give a full picture of my experience...
