3M First Base + Bump Cap / Safety Cap, EN812 Protection, Navy Black Standard Peak (70mm)

Purchased this as previous bump cap I was using didn’t fit well as didn’t come down low enough on side of my head and kept falling off. So frustrating I went back to using a hard hat. What a difference this bump has made, got cushioning insert and the adjustment allows it to fit your head well preventing it from falling off. Gives overall better head protection covering the side of my head. Seems better ventilated than my previous one, so stops you overheating. Certain exceed my expectations for quality and value for money.

Great protection from bumping your head. Not as cumbersome as a hard hat and much more comfortable, though obviously not as impact resistant. Definitely works for me when working on scaffolds with those dam clips. Does get sweaty when you warm up but the towelling head band soaks it up well. Recommend if you don't need the full-on protection of a hard hat.

Smaller than expected and not very comfortable. Has a hard plastic exposed ridge along the centre rear that digs into the back of the head and the front fabric pleats into folds and presses into the forehead.

very good, i lost mine and my boss didnt want to give me one… so i had to buy, but im very glad i did its way more comfortable than the one i had. i recommend.

This is not for adults, it would not fit a child , I contacted seller and was ignored.

Good product

It states on the cap that it fits head sizes 52-65 which is a 13cm range. My head is 60 and this cap fits tight, very tight. I would imgine that after 20mins or so a head ache would not be far behind. Its well made and a quality product but the sizing is very misleading
