Very well made surprisingly low price . In one review they said the programing was not for the faint of heart .I used a utube video by fox security 56 min long put long cable on keypad put on desk with computer. You can pause or repeat steps . Lots of info on the internet as they have sold millions of these.

I was replacing a 1990's Radio Shack alarm system that was very simple to program compared to this one. I finally got it programed but it took about two weeks of trial and error and watching Youtube.Cons:Its complicated to program. If it wasn't for bounder97 on youtube https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCirXpv7lCpHT8SHlNtP5_qAI would have been very frustrated. He explains so many different ways to program the features Honeywell ought to be paying him for his service. However there are a few other hings I would like to do with it but it is going to take time to figure it out

I’ve installed several of these now
Purchased several of these now for my rentals and am very happy. I prefer these systems to ring and simply safe because of flexibility of devices that will work with system. Does require programming but there are lots of videos online to show how. Once you have done one, it is pretty easy.

Solid Professional Grade Security Panel, programming can be intimidating for the DIY person.
I have always like the Vista product line, use it in my home and my customers homes and businesses. Sadly Honeywell has discontinued manufacturing this product line and moved to a much more expensive security panel that requires you to use their monitoring NOC. Just another way to get more of the market share. If your unfamiliar with security panels programming, this one is a bit intimidating so be sure your up for the adventure if your a DIY person. As for reliability this panel can’t be beat! Rock Solid.

Grat alarm system and keypad, keypad had wrong computer address from company which caused serious headscratching but other than that all worked flawlessly
