I like the trapdoor function on the brush holder. It opens up when you withdraw the brush then closes again when you replace the brush back in the holder. It’s well made and well designedThe grey one goes well with our new bathroom

I bought this to replace an "AEROFRESH Toilet brush and holder set" bought less than 2 years ago - the metal parts rapidly became rusty and discoloured, and last week the handle broke off at the screw-in point. I chose the Mr. Siga product because it has no metal parts, a real bristle brush and I like the idea of the opening and closing lid. This brush feels much more robust than the Chinese rubbish I had before. The handle is solid, heavy duty plastic and there are no metal parts to rust. The brush is a proper bristle brush rather than the rubbish rubber 'probes' that my old brush had, so it works great at removing limescale marks (we are in a hard water area). It also has the same kind of 'air venting' as many other products on Amazon - so no worries about smell from wet and mouldering brush. It looks good too. So far I am very happy with this product. My only reservation is whether the doors will continue to open and close after extended usage. If so I will upgrade to 5 stars.

People laugh at me for this but I don't like a toilet brush being used by someone who as used the toilet!!!!!! Yuk, I put bleach down and a bit of toilet roll. I use this to clean my toilet when I clean the bathroom, it is a strong brush and looks nice because the brush is covered up while sat next to my toilet, no yukky germs.

A good product but more needs to be put into the hinges on the lid - too delicate - broken when I received it. I need to return it.

As a professional cleaner, I have ordered 10 of these (plus brush replacements) for my clients because the design is a cutting edge toilet brush in so many ways, the choice of 3 colours means you can choose one to blend in to the background, being plastic it never rusts, the self-opening lid mechanism means you don't have to touch the holder, the ventilation holes are also genius, the only weaknesses are the ventilation holes close up when the holder is closed, also the plastic holder is not as thick & robust a plastic as the OXO toilet brushes which Costco annoyingly discontinued, as far a stiff bristles, hopefully they will soften with use but you don't want bristles that just tickle the toilet bowl either do you
