Completely useless piece of rubbish
First I tried to watch the video on how to use the product, but the link did not workThen tried to follow the instructions on the package- difficult because the packaging covered some of the notesFinally connected the button, popped it through the material, and with one squeeze of the handle the damn thing broke. Handle now completely stuck. Cue expletives and vow never to buy anything like this againConsigned Buttoneer to bin

Pros - quick once you get the hang of it, can use to connect fabric/emergency hem, quick deliveryCons- only for flat buttons (not the kind with a loop in back), makes quite large holes in fabric so care should be taken on delicate fabric

Where do I get refills?
I have hunted high and low for refill fastners and cannot find them. The only fastners on Amazon or Avery Dennison's website look nothing like the ones that came with this tool, I ordered some and they didn't fit the tool at all.I don't want to just bin this but if it's impossible to buy the bits I need I will have no choice.

Waste of money
Poor quality. Broke after 2 or 3 uses.

Only works with certain buttons.
You need thin buttons with the correct hole spacing and fairly thin woven cloth.

WORKS GREAT!
It’s Easy to use. Follow the instructions. Make sure it’s tight and give at least 2 shots per double hole. So far it’s got me out of a jam twice when my pant button fell off. It doesn’t look as pretty as thread but won’t show under your belt buckle.
